1.1. This offer (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the provider and the customer in connection with the provider supplying digital goods and/or services through the OculusAI online service (the “Service”).

1.2. Using the Service, registering, placing an order, paying for services or obtaining access to digital materials constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. A customer who does not accept this Agreement must stop using the Service.

2.2. Access to the services and digital goods is provided through the software, technical and information facilities of the Service.

2.3. The exact scope, price, term and conditions of each item or service are stated in the Service before payment.

3. How services are provided

3.1. Once payment succeeds, the customer is given access to the purchased item or service in the manner the Service provides for.

3.2. The customer is responsible for having the technical means and the internet access required.

3.3. The term of access is determined by the relevant tier or order.

4. Payment and refunds

4.1. Prices are those published in the Service at the time the order is placed.

4.2. Payment is made with the payment instruments available in the Service.

4.3. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law and with the terms of the relevant item or service.

4.4. If a technical problem occurs, the customer may contact support so that the circumstances can be examined and access restored or, where provided for, a refund made.

5. Customer rights and obligations

5.1. The customer undertakes to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with this Agreement.

5.2. The Service must not be used for fraud, for breaking the law, for distributing malware, for infringing the rights of third parties or for any other unlawful act.

5.3. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for the lawfulness of their actions when using the Service.

5.4. The customer is responsible for their own use of the plugin on their server, including informing their players as their own jurisdiction requires about the gameplay data the plugin sends to the Service.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. Materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

6.2. Buying an item or a service does not transfer exclusive rights in the corresponding materials to the customer.

6.3. Copying, resale, distribution, publication and transfer of materials to third parties are prohibited unless the terms of the specific item or the law expressly provide otherwise.

6.4. The plugin itself is published under its own open-source licence; this clause concerns the Service, the model and the dataset, which are not.

7. Provider rights

7.1. The provider may temporarily restrict the Service for maintenance, updates or fault repair.

7.2. The provider may restrict or terminate a customer’s access to the Service where this Agreement or applicable law is breached.

7.3. The provider may change the functionality of the Service, the terms of its tiers and this Agreement, publishing the current revision in the Service.

8. Liability

8.1. The provider does not warrant uninterrupted operation of the Service or that the customer will achieve any particular result, unless such a result is expressly provided for by the terms of the service purchased.

8.2. The provider is not liable for failures caused by third parties, telecom operators, payment systems, technical faults or other circumstances beyond the provider’s reasonable control.

8.3. The customer alone is responsible for how the goods, materials and services supplied are used.

8.4. The Service returns a probability, not a verdict. Any decision to punish a player is taken by the customer, who bears responsibility for it.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.

9.2. The provider takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect users’ information.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The current revision of this Agreement is published in the Service.

10.2. Continuing to use the Service after a new revision is published constitutes acceptance of it, to the extent applicable law permits.

10.3. For any question about the Service, write to support on Telegram: @leleleasi.
